Trillanes confirmed he brought matobato to the sentae

The newly elected senate committee chairperson of the committee on justice and human rights, Sen. Richard Gordon, during the Senate hearing in extra-judicial killings on Thursday, questioned why there was no one representing Matobato.

Nobody is representing him, ano yan pumutok lang sa buho dumating na lang dito, sino ba nagdala niyan?
The video uploaded by Rappler during the senate hearing shows that Sen. Leila de Lima supposed to answer the question, but then Sen. Trillanes stand and answer Sen. Gordon's question.

He said,

Well, Mr. Chairman just for disclosure...

A few days before the hearing, Senator De Lima requested for my assistance to bring him to the Senate but I didn’t handle him legally and after the hearing, since he was decided that the committee will provide the protective custody.

He was temporary placed in the Senate grounds but later on during the evening the Senate President decided to deny the recommendation of the Committee that was the reason why he was evicted and this representation was forced to provide the temporary sanctuary and security for the witness. As of now I still am the one responsible for his safety and security.
Here's the video of the said conversation. Please watch.
