A cigarette vendor, who has been playing lotto for two years, finally won the P61.3 million Grand Lotto jackpot on September 14.
It was the combination of mobile numbers of the 52-year-old father of three, according to the Philippines Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) General Manager Alexander Balutan.
The winner chose cell phone numbers from his mobile phone’s list of contacts.
According to him, he will use his prize to provide a house and lot for his family. Some of his winnings will also go to a business investment and for the future of his children.
The winning numbers were 08-09-16-19-31-41.
The vendor placed his bet at a lotto outlet in Baclaran, Paranaque City.
