"Gender politics is being used to cover up the grand fuck up of a nation" - Sass Rogando Sasot
After the press conference of Sen. Leila de Lima on Monday, November 7, Sass Rogando Sasot, graduated Magna cum Laude from the Leiden University College - The Hague, slams the senator who "wants the nation to rally behind her as she challenges the immunity of the president who uncovered evidence of her possible link to the illegal drug trade in the Philippines".
In her viral Facebook post, Sasot said:
In 2012, then Department of Justice De Lima didn't encourage the entire nation to rally behind a 19 yo-girl's quest against the diplomatic immunity of her alleged rapist, a Panamanian diplomat; but now, as a senator, De Lima wants the nation to rally behind her as she challenges the immunity of the president who uncovered evidence of her possible link to the illegal drug trade in the Philippines.Sasot is pertaining to the Panamanian diplomat Erick Bairnals Shcks, accused of raping 'Pamela', 19-year-old Filipina.
Netizens were quick to give their reactions on this.
They are thinking that the Silent Majority will come out and back her up... unfortunately, the Silent Majority they are expecting are just a mere imagination...
The saddest part is, she's using women's rights as a shield to avoid being in hot water. Why do Yellows always resort to desperate gaining of sympathy?-all from deceased parents/ husbands, to a supposed cause that is obviously just meant to be used for ill motives. We've seen it all and it's now getting old. I don't think madam senator's cause will be enough to force another people power. I believe People are wiser now.
I can clearly see the self-serving purpose of Delima encouraging people in this rally. Indeed a pathetic move at same time the rage of hatred & anger she reaps for being a true blooded selfish hypocrite👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻In another post, Sasot shared a link on the said issue.

The DOJ Secretary De Lima didn't fight for the lifting of the diplomatic immunity of a Panamanian diplomat accused of rape by a 19 yo girl. Now she wants to fight the immunity of the president accusing her of links to the illegal drug trade.
De Lima said: "..we really cannot do anything because of that diplomatic immunity. That’s an international agreement" (ABC 5, http://tinyurl.com/jex87lm).
