Time Magazine writes:

"Duterte has been known to use social media to promote his agenda and has reportedly paid people to push him to popularity online."

Western media really do not have any idea about the Filipino state of mind. I is utterly bereft of any appreciation of what makes us as a people that it looks so lowly at us, and our President, for it to even suggest that people have to be paid to vote for him online.

This is supposed to be Time Magazine, a prestigious publication. How on earth can it become so tabloidish to state a serious allegation without any source or iota of evidence.

Shameful.
Netizens who commented on Contreras' post shared same sentiments.

According to Contreras, he already sent Majita a message asking for her sources.

As of writing, Majita is not responding yet to him.
