In a Facebook post, disappointed Sasot lectured De Veyra on the description CNN made about the Philippine President. She reminded De Veyra that it's the same CNN that supported the US Invasion of Iraq in 2003.
Before she ends her post, Sasot said De Veyra should first gain some historical perspective.

Lourd de Veyra rejoices CNN's tagging of Duterte as a "killer."
Lourd, we're talking about the same CNN that supported the US Invasion of Iraq in 2003. I mean, when did they call Bush a killer? How about Obama? His drone wars IN OTHER COUNTRIES also produced a lot civilian casualties. Di ka nakakahalata? They never called their presidents "killers" even if their decisions led to HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS people dying.
So dude, before you mock any accusations of bias against CNN, perhaps you should first gain some historical perspective?
