Sen. Miriam's Sister on the Video Taken by Parojinog Kid: Is That An Evidence?

The viral video of Sophia Naja Parojinog, daughter of Ozamiz Vice-Mayor Princess Nova Parojinog, taken during the bloody predawn police raid on the Parojinog compound last Sunday will be used as evidence by the family to prove police abuse, their lawyer Ferdinand Topacio, lead counsel of the Parojinog family, said on Friday.

However, Paula Defensor-Knack, the younger sister of late Senator Miriam Defensor-Santiago, questioned the viral video of Parojinog kid after watching it.

In a Facebook post, Knack asked:

Where is the threat in the video ? That is not clear. We only see the room where a woman is saying something. What is happening outside is subject to speculation.....If you speak inside a room and say you are being threatened, but we cant see who is making the threat or what threat is being made .... is that evidence ?!

If it is a rubout, how come people heard an exchange of gunshots ?
