Marawi shelters are made of galvanized steel plates, very different from Yolanda shelters that were only made by light materials like coco lumber and plywood.

It also has comfort room and kitchen inside.

The size of Marawi shelters as per PTV report is 22 sqm, single detached, compared to the size of the Yolanda houses which is only 10-12 sqm.
