According to the report of ABS -CBN News, Bello said:

We want to show that this is an administration that is not only brutal, but it upholds inequality.
However, prominent veteran journalist, Ira Panganiban, in a Facebook post, express his sentiments over the statement of Laban ng Masa chairman.

Panganiban shared ABS-CBN's report and said,

Dati - no to OPSF (oil price stabilisation fund). Ngayon - regulate oil prices.

Dati - no to wage legislation. Ngayon - legislate wages.

Ganyan kayo kagulo! Tapos opposition kayo? Baka opportunists?
Commenters on Panganiban's post couldn't keep a mum over the said issue. Some said:

Meanwhile, Bello said Laban ng Masa is not part of any plot to destabilize the government. It is a coalition of labor and civil society groups like Partido Lakas ng Masa, Alliance of TriPeople for the Achievement of Human Rights, National Federation of Labor, Bukluran ng Manggagawang Pilipino, Katarungan at Alab Katipunan.
