See how netizens react when Roque hopes Duterte gets over 'allergy' to human rights issues

Another controversial statement from Presidential Spokesperson Harry Roque has been making rounds on social media and became the subject of criticism especially from President Rodrigo Duterte's supporters.
Roque is hoping that President Duterte will soon be able to get over his “allergy” to human rights issues, Manila Bulletin reported.

As per Roque,

RJ Nieto, social media influencer and the man behind Thinking Pinoy blog, posted it on his Facebook page and said,

PASIKATIN!!!

Some social media influencers also give their unsolicited opinion over Roque's statement.

According to former Caloocan City prosecutor Darwin CaƱete,

this "expert" just torpedoed the work of our diplomats. di nag-iisip yung implications ng pa-cute niya. by stating that the president is allergic to human rights issues, he just basically told the international community that human rights has little consideration for the president. pinahiya mo ang president. did he even think?
Meanwhile, Atty. Trixie Cruz-Angeles said,

The president has already said he respects Human Rights and in fact has inquired with the CHR about their plans regarding PDEA operations on drug syndicates.

So, hinayhinay, Spox.
