According to Uson, President Duterte is not eyeing an extension of his six-year constitutional term, unlike his political rivals.

Uson's statement is her reaction to a Rappler story "No term extension for Duterte? ‘Sino’ng niloko nila’ says De Lima."

She reposted Rappler's Facebook post with this caption.

de lima As per de Lima before her hearing at the Quezon City Metropolitan Trial Court on January 5,

Sinong niloloko nila, at ilang beses na silang nanloloko? Ilang beses na ’yung iba 'yung sinasabi, iba 'yung ginagawa? Iba sinasabi sa isang araw, tapos binabawi the next day or a few days later.

With the kind of Congress that we have, especially the House of Representatives, which is really a rubber stamp already with the supermajority, ang dali-dali nilang gawin ang gusto nilang gawin (they can easily do what they want).

Look at what happened sa martial law extension. It was a walk in the park.
When asked what's her New Year's wish to the President, the detained senator said:

If he resigns, I will be happy).
